Choose Window > Show Inspector HUD (or press H).

Always Show Inspector
HUD control
• Library button: Click this button to open the Library pane.
• Metadata button: Click this button to open the Metadata pane.
• Adjustments button: Click this button to open the Adjustments pane.
• Always Show Inspector HUD control: Click this control to always show the Inspector HUD
on the screen when in Full Screen view. When this control is set to On, the Inspector
HUD is moved to one side of the image so the image and the HUD don’t overlap.
