your
Apple II system
uses only
ports to communicate
with
peripheral
devices,
you
are
limited to using
two
Apple
5.25
Drives
connected
daisy-chain
fashion.
You can
connect
more than
two
Apple
5.25
Drives to
your Apple
II
system
if
your
computer
has
slots
for
peripheral
cards.
If
you plan
to use
a
third and
fourth
drive,
you'll need
to
install a second
controller
card
in a
vacant slot.
(Each
controller
card controls
two drives.)

possible,
install the
second
controller card
in slot

Drive

no
operating
controls,

it does

red "in use"
indicator
light that comes
on
whenever
the
drive
is
running.
