NOTE: « Next » would only be accessible
when 2 or 3 modules are detected.
➔Click on “Next” if the detected number of
Radios is correct:
“Normal” Mode: the modules of the kit may
be heard by an APPI-Com module in Listen
Mode.
“Secret” Mode: NO other module would be
able to listen to the modules of this kit
NOTE: if the proposed Kit ID already exists in
the group, you may ask for another kit ID to
be generated by clicking “change”. For safety
reasons, you may only request 3 changes.
Press “Next” to validate the configuration.
After a few seconds, this screen will confirm
the configuration OK.
In this example, modules C-000003, C-
000037 and M-000009 are part of kit 50 and
can be heard by any APPI Radio’s user in
Listen mode, if he knows the kit ID.
At next start, the modules will run in
conference mode, indicating their kit
number: 50.
IMPORTANT: note that all modules will start
on channel 1.
REMINDER: it is also possible to create kits
with 2 modules.
NOTE: if one of the Radios was in Multiplex Mode before creating the new kit, it’ll be detached from all the
kits it was part of as a “TALK” radio belongs to ONE kit (group) only..
