Copper Press Fittings are NSF listed, lead free and feature an EPDM O-ring to
ensure a clean, leak-free seal. Utilizing a hydraulic press tool, a watertight seal
can be made in seconds without ame, solder, or ux. Each press tting comes
standard with leak-before-press technology to easily identify a tting that has
not been pressed. Connection can be made in wet conditions reducing project
downtime. These ttings are available in sizes from 1/2 in. to 1 in. and are
compatible with all major hydraulic press tools.

Installation:
Cut type K, L, or M hard copper tube squarely using a rotary tube cutter. Remove burrs to ensure
tube end is smooth and clean to avoid damaging the O-ring. Identify the depth, using the Depth
Chart, and measure the tube from the end, marking it clearly on the exterior of the tube. This
ensures a proper seal of fittings and tube. While turning the tube slightly, slide the press fitting
to the marked depth. Press the joint.
