CONFIGURATION #2 :
To configure the Rosetta 800 to convert an ADAT input to AES for recording on an AES digital device, while monitoring
the AES device output via the ANALOG OUTs, make the FRONT PANEL SELECTIONS and REAR PANEL
CONNECTIONS as follows:
FRONT PANEL SELECTIONS
Select “ADAT”
as SOURCE TO DIGITAL OUTS
Select “AES”
as SOURCE TO ANALOG OUT
REAR PANEL CONNECTIONS
ANALOG OUT
To monitor system
ADAT IN
from ADAT device ie.
computer based DAW, MDM,
DAT machine, etc.
