DEFECTIVE PART
If your light is defective then we will replace it and we will pay for the shipping! We only ask two things:
1. Read our Troubleshooting Notes. Sometimes problems are easily fixed and we want you to get
back to enjoying your light quickly!
2. If the solution is not in our Troubleshooting Notes then fill out a simple return authorization
request. We ask a few easy questions to help prevent problems in the future. We will provide a
return authorization number (RMA) and a pre-paid shipping label. You can use the QR scan codes or
