READ HEAD REPLACEMENT (MAGNETIC OR BAR CODE)

 Replacement of the read head does not affect the program in the device. No badgings are lost with this

installation.

MATERIALS NEEDED

 Security Key

 New Read Head Assembly

 Service cart or other flat surface.

READ HEAD REPLACEMENT

Perform the following at the device.

1. Use the Security key to remove the Security Lock

screw from the base of the device.

2. Carefully lift the device from the wall mount.
