THE TA-500 DEVICE

Observe basic safety precautions when using electrical equipment. Please read all instructions

first. Warranty will be void if device is wholly or partially inoperable as a result of not following

these instructions. If you have any questions contact the API Healthcare Customer Support.

This document contains specification, configuration, and wall mounting instructions for the TA-500 series.

Interaction with the device is performed by registering the badge and touching the keypad. The device supports the

use of magnetic, bar code, or proximity badges. The ability to support both magnetic or bar code with proximity on

one device is also available.
