RETURNING DEVICE FOR SERVICE
Prior to returning a device to API Healthcare for service, contact API Healthcare Customer Support. A
representative reviews several troubleshooting steps with you. In the event the device must be returned to API
Healthcare for service, a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be issued.
IMPORTANT:
Any equipment received without an RMA number is returned to the customer without review.
If possible, use the original packaging materials when returning devices for service. This includes the box,
anti-static bag, and Styrofoam holders.
When the device is mounted to a wall, the back plate does not need to be returned with the device. The
device unit needs to be packaged in an anti-static bag and packed in a manner to prevent damage during
shipping.
