RETURNING DEVICE FOR SERVICE
Prior to returning a device to API Healthcare for service, contact API Healthcare Customer Support. A
representative reviews several troubleshooting steps with you. In the event the device must be returned to API
Healthcare for service, a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be issued.
IMPORTANT:
• Any equipment received without an RMA number is returned to the customer without review.
• If possible, use the original packaging materials when returning devices for service. This includes the box,
anti-static bag, and Styrofoam holders.
• When the device is mounted to a wall, the back plate does not need to be returned with the device. The
device unit needs to be packaged in an anti-static bag and packed in a manner to prevent damage during
shipping.
