The208to240VACissuppliedtoeachPAmodule’sconnectorI/Oboard,toACdistributionboard,andtoeightAC/
DCconverters(twoperpallet).Dependingontheoperatingfrequency,theAC/DCconverteroutputcanbeswitched
between44,46,48,or50VDC,whichisappliedtotheeight
FETs(fieldeffecttransistors)inthePAmodule.There
aretwoFETsoneachofthefourpalletsineachmodule.
Thecontrolsysteminthetransmitterispoweredbytwolowvoltagepowersupply(LVPS)modulesintheTCU.

TheULXtransmitterusesa50/50gl ycol/water,closedloop,coolingsystemtomovethemajorityoftheheataway
fromthetransmitterbutalsohascabinetflushingfanstoremoveresidualcabinetheat.Asimplifiedblockdiagram

Thecoolingsystemcomponentscombinetoproduceanefficientclosedloop,pressurizedsystem.Priortooperation
thecoolingsystemmustbeproperlypreparedforoperationandbledtoremovetrappedair.Instructionsforcooling

Theheatexchangerandpumpmoduleoperateoneither208‐240VAC,50/60Hzor380‐415VAC50/60Hz.The

TEST LOAD. IN THOSE CASES AN AIR COOLED LOAD SHOULD BE USED.
