Step 2. Assemble the headache rack before mounting to the truck.
A. Connect the mesh barriers to the uprights using the carriage bolts and lock nuts. Tighten securely.
B. Place the crossbraces onto the uprights. They can be positioned to the high or low position de-
pending on your needs.
C. Insert the cross beams into the mesh barriers and the crossbrace extension into the crossbraces,
connecting the two sections.
D. Position to the approximate size of your truck bed. Secure with the Allen head set screws loosely,
as the rack will have to be adjusted after it is placed on the truck.

Step 3. Place the headache rack onto the pickup truck
bed rails. Adjust the width of the assembly as needed so
that it ts the truck bed, then tighten the Allen head set
screws. Align the holes in the upright mounting plates to
the predrilled holes in the bed rails. Attach the rack to the
truck using the Allen head bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Do not overtighten any bolts.
