• 3/16” Allen wrench

Pre-drill mounting holes into the truck bed rail.

Step 2. Assemble the headache rack before mounting to the truck. A. Connect the mesh barriers to the uprights using the carriage bolts and lock nuts. Tighten securely. B. Place the crossbraces onto the uprights. They can be positioned to the high or low position depending on your needs. C. Insert the cross beams into the mesh barriers and the crossbrace extension into the crossbraces, connecting the two sections. D. Position to the approximate size of your truck bed.
