Installation Steps Fig 4 Fig 3 Fig 2 Frame 2x Base 2x 1. Place the base onto the truck bed, insert frame. Note that the cylinders on the top half of the frame should be facing the opposite side of the truck. See Fig 2, 3, 4.
2. Secure the frame with 2pcs M12X100 Socket Head Screw Bolts. 3. Take a Stop Bolt and place it under the lip of the truck bed and putting it through the hole on the frame, screw with 16-U Bolts and M16 Nuts. 4. Repeat the process from step 2 to 3 and through on the additional frame. See Fig 5. Fig 6 12-U bolt 4x 12 spring washer 2x M12*75 hexagon bolt 2x M12 nut 2x 5.
Fig 7 M12*60 hexagon bolt 6x M12 locknut 6x Parallel support frame 2x Ladder stop 1x Supporting arm 2x 6. Attach the Supporting Arm and Parallel Supporting Frame to the Frame, tighten with M12*60 Hexagon Bolt and M12 Lock Nut to attach Ladder Stop. See Fig 7.
7. Insert the Extended Arm into the Parallel Supporting Frame, and secure it with a M12*30 Hexagon Bolt. See Fig 8. Fig 9 Frame 2x M6 locknut 2x Tie Down Ring 2x M6 Washer 4x 8. Screw Tie Down Ring with M6 Washer and M6 Lock Nut to Frame. Square and level all components, and then tighten all hardware securely. See Fig 9.
