4) SCAN

(3) Press the SCAN button so that" Scan Off" appear on the screen.

During scanning, pressing any button can interrupt scanning.

3. CCDiText switch

(_ Press theiSmS]button to display the current Closed Captions/Text mode on the screen.Press

the button again to display °CCDFrext Off" on the screen

4. TV/Video selection

VIDEO Press the VIDEO button, and the screen display changes in circular way:

i--) Video1 --) Video2 -_ Video3 -) S --) VHS -_ Channel Number "_1

To receive signals from external equipment, please be sure to select a corresponding Video mode.

Notes:

tn the Video mode, pressing the CH - ! + buttons can return to the TV mode.

5. Stereo selection

Q In the TV mode, the TV can automaticatly identify MTS stereo modes among Mono,

STEREO Stereo, SAP and SAP.

Press the STEREO button firstly to display the auto - identified MTS mode on the screen.

Press the button again before the OSD disappears to shift to other MTS mode as follows.

With Stereo/SAP signal received, you may select one of the SAP, Stereo and Mono

modes cyclically.

With Stereo signal received, you may select one of the Stereo and Mono modes cycli-

cally.

With Mono signal received, only Mono mode can be available.
