Step 3. After placing 8 bolts (C) in the groove of the cross bar (4), install the plastic cap (5) at both
ends. Insert the plastic gasket (7) into the connecting base (6) and install it on the cross bar (4). Bolt
set (C) is used to x the connecting base (6), as shown in Fig. 3:
Step 4. A bolt (B) reserved with the hook (3) will be attached to the connection base (6), and the sup-
porting foot (8) will be mounted to the cross bar (4) and xed with bolt set (C), as shown in Fig. 4 (see
next page):
