Remove the used lancet from your lancing device according to instructions and

discard into proper wastebasket.

IMPORTANT:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling the meter, lancing

device or test strips.

• Clean and disinfect the meter and lancing device after the test.

• Used lancets and test strips are biohazard materials and can transmit blood-borne

disease. Please follow your local healthcare provider’s recommendation regarding

proper disposal of used lancets and test strips.
