INSTALLATION FOR RO SYSTEM WITH UV LIGHT OPTION

Install UV BULB into UV Light:

1) Please connect UV bulb to transformer.

2) Connect the UV bulb pins to the transformer (Fig. 2)

3) Insert the UV bulb all the way into the UV light securely

and make sure the transformer fully covers the UV light

bulb entry point (Fig. 3 & Fig. 4)

Tank Connection: See Fig. 1 below.

Remove the plastic end plug from the UV Light T-fitting at Point G. To remove the end plug, push in

and hold down on the collet ring squre into the fitting. With the ring in this position, you can now

remove the end plug. Next, connect the Yellow tank tubing to the T-fitting. To connect, simply push the

tubing into the Quick Connect fitting then gently pull back on the tubing to make sure connection is

secured.

Your RO system includes a UV light option. The UV light is added to your system at Stage-5 (before

final stage carbon filter). So instead of feeding the tank Yellow tubing to the Stage-5 filter T-fitting, you

will now feed the yellow tubing into the UV light T-fitting.

Note: The rest of the RO installation is the same as stated in the Installation Manual, please

follow the Manual step by step for all the other connections.

So instead of feeding the tank Yellow tubing to the Stage-5 filter T-fitting, you will now feed the yellow tubing into the UV light T-fitting. Tank Connection: See Fig. 1 below. Remove the plastic end plug from the UV Light T-fitting at Point G. To remove the end plug, push in and hold down on the collet ring squre into the fitting.
