9.Activatethepowermodulebyturningthelockinglatchclockwisetothelockedposition.The
LEDinthetoprightcornerofthepowermodulewillstarttoash(green)whichindicates
thatthepowermoduleisinitializinganddoingaselftest.Whentheselftestiscomplete,the
LEDwillbeconstantgreen.
ReplaceIntelligenceModules
WARNING:Onlytrainedpersonsfamiliarwiththeconstructionandoperationof
theequipment,aswellastheelectricalandmechanicalhazardsinvolved,may
installandremovesystemcomponents.
WARNING:Beforereplacingtheintelligencemodules,ensurethatthe“UPSsystem
rmwareversion”andthe“Systemrmwareversionstoredatmemorycard”are
identicalontheSystemInformationscreen.
WARNING:Replaceonlyoneintelligencemoduleatatime.
1.Identifythefaultyintelligencemoduleviathe
displayorredLEDindication.
2.Loosenthetwoscrewsinoneofthe
intelligencemodules(oneinthetopandone
throughthedisablebuttonatthebottomofthe
intelligencemodule).
3.Pressdownthedisablebuttontoloosenand
deactivatetheintelligencemodule.
4.Carefullyinsertthenewmoduleintotheslot.
5.Enablethebuttontocloseandactivatethe
intelligencemoduleandtheLEDwillash
green.Whentheinitializationiscompletethe
LEDwillbesolidgreen.
6.Fastenthetwoscrewstosecuretheintelligence
module.
