Removes and then reapplies power to an outlet.
If the connected server is running shutdown software,
such as PowerChute Network Shutdown, and is
connected to MasterSwitch Plus with the appropriate
signaling cable, this operation will ensure that your
server’s operating system is shut down before power is
removed from the outlet.
If the server is not connected to the MasterSwitch Plus,
then MasterSwitch Plus will remove power from the
outlet after the Power Off Time Delay expires.
Power is reapplied after the Reboot duration expires.
If this command is applied to all outlets, the Reboot
Duration delay for an outlet will not begin until all the
outlets have shut down.
