Configuring the Auto-Reboot feature
When the Auto-Reboot feature is enabled, ProAV will operate in Automatic Reboot mode. In this mode,
ProAV is configured to periodically confirm that another IP device (such as a server, a computer, a
router) is working by sending ping requests to the device.
ProAV expects a response after each ping. If a pre-set number of ping requests fail, it is assumed that the
device is not functioning properly. ProAV attempts to return the device to normal operation by rebooting
it.
In Automatic Reboot mode, you still have the ability to manually reboot the device from a remote
location over the network. When Auto-Reboot feature is disabled, ProAV operates in Normal mode. In
Normal mode, ProAV will only change the state of the outputs when commanded by a user.
