Down Arrow/Up Arrow Buttons
The Down arrow and Up arrow buttons, shown in Figure 3-1, are used to step through the various
options during configuration and setup, and to scroll between the various status and informational
messages.
Advanced Configuration and Setup
Advanced configuration and setup is covered in Appendix A, which contains two major
procedures:
• System Configuration and Setup
• Circuits Configuration and Setup.
SECURITY
This indicates the circuit is in security mode. This is primarily used for indoor and
outdoor lighting circuits. This mode of operation is used when you are away from home,
such as on vacation. In this mode the circuit is supplied power for two hours, goes off
for two hours, is again supplied power for two hours, and so on.
Status
AMPs
This is the current in Amperes for a circuit.
KWH
This is the energy consumed by the load(s) on a circuit since the energy meter was last
reset. Kilowatt hours are used, which is also how the electric company bills for
electricity. You can use this information to analyze and manage your energy
consumption.
WATTs
Watts are used to indicate the total power consumed by the loads on a circuit.
