Presets
Apresetisasetofstoredvalues.ThesevaluesareMusicLevel,MicLevelandSourceSelectionforzone
1and/orzone2.Apresetcanbestored,recalledorcleared.Theonlywaytostoreapresetisbyusing
theRS232interface.Apresetcanberecalledusingthesameinterface,usingthecontactsattheback
sideofthePM1122orwithanEasywaveRFswitch,ifbuttonsAtoDareassignedaspresetselector
knobsinsteadofsourceselectors,asdescribedearlier.
Preset0canonlyberecalled(cannotbeoverwritten)andthiswillsetalllevelsattheminimumand
sourceselectionsatsourceA.Itcanonlyberecalledbytheserialinterface.
StoringapresetwillcopythecurrentsettingstotheinternalmemoryofthePM1122INT.Itispossible
tosaveonlythesettingsofonespecificzone.Afewexamples:
“STRPRESET2\n”willstoreallsettingstopresetnumber2forzone1ANDzone2.
“STRPRESETZONE13\n”willstorethesettingsofzone1topreset3.Whenpreset3willbe
recalled,onlyzone1willchange.
ApresetcanbeoverwrittenbystoringatthesamepresetnumberorclearedbytheCLRcommand.
Recallingapresetwillchangethevaluestothoseofthecorrespondingmemorylocation.Againafew
examples:
“RCLPRESET2\n”willrecallthesettingsasstoredinpreset2(e.g.ifthepresetisvalidforboth
zones,thenthestoredsettingswillbeappliedtoBOTHzones).
“RCLPRESETZONE20\n”will putthelevelsofzone2totheminimumandsourceofzone2to
“A”.
“RCLPRESETZONE11\n”will applythepresetnumber1settingstozone1only,evenifthe
presethasbeenstoredasazone1and2preset.
PresetscanalsobeselectedbyconnectingwiredremotesusingthecontactsCOMAanBandthe
contactslabeled1to6.Theyarepresentatthebackoneuroblockconnectors.
AfirstpresetselectorwiredtoCOMAandtocontacts1to6willenableyoutorecallpresetsnumbered
1to6,whereCOMAisthecommonwireontheselectorandcontacts1to6arethecontactsoperated
bytherotaryselector.
AsecondpresetselectorwiredtoCOMBandtocontacts1to6 willenableyoutorecallpresets
numbered7to12.
Pleasenotethatyoucanspecifywhetherornotthepresetsselectedbythewiredselectorsarebeing
selectedatpowerupwiththe“SETROTARYATSTARTON”or“SETROTARYATSTARTOFF”setting.
