The TLE8201R is an ASSP for door-module applications. It
includes those power stages necessary to drive the following
loads in a typical front door: Central lock, mirror fold, mirror
position, mirror defrost plus 5 and 10W lamps. It is designed
as a monolithic circuit in a SPT technology which combines
bipolar and CMOS control circuit with DMOS power devices.
Door Module ICs
The TLE8203E is a derivative of the TLE8201R for
automotive mirror control applications. The following
output stages are included in this monolithic device, mirror
position, mirror defrost and one lamp driver for
5 or 10W.
