The TLE4207, TLE4208, TLE6208-3/-6 and TLE841xxEL
are multipurpose bridges designed to drive DC brush
motors with nominal load currents < 1A for automotive
Motor Control ICs
and industrial applications. The TLE4207 and TLE4208
parts are built using Infineon’s robust bipolar technology
DOPL. TLE6208-3/-6 and TLE84xxx use SPT, a technology
combining bipolar, CMOS and DMOS cells.
