5) Please keep the multimeter away from dust and dirt to avoid causing
premature wear of parts.
6) Wipe the multimeter with a damp cloth occasionally to keep it new and
clean. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to
clean the multimeter.
7) Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type. Please remember to
remove the batteries when they are old or weak. The leak chemicals of old or
weak batteries would destroy electronic circuits.
8) Please take out the battery when not using for a long time.
4.2 9Volt battery replacement
1) Please make sure the clamp meter is not connecting to any external circuit.
Set the rotary switch to "OFF" position and remove the test leads from the
terminals.
2) Open the cover of the battery cabinet with the help of screwdriver.
3) Replace the old batteries with the same type batteries.
4) Close the battery cabinet cover and fasten the screw.

Q: Why there is no any data show on the screen but “OL”?
A: The display of "OL" or "-OL" indicate over range. Please make sure that the
object you are measuring is within the measuring range.
Q: Why is the error when measuring 0.9A current very large?
A: Please note that the measurement range for DC/AC current is 1A ~ 1000A.
If the measured current is out of range, an error occurs. And it is not
recommended to measure a very low current with this clamp meter.
Q: What do I need to be aware of during my measurements?
A: To ensure accuracy, please make sure during your measurement that the
jaws are fully closed and that the cable is in the middle of the jaws.
Q: Why the DC current data i measure hasn’t any unit shown on the screen or
APP?
A: AP-570CAPP was designed to have no DC current unit shown on the
screen and APP. Our technicians are working to improve this part. The new
version of AP-570CAPP clamp meter will have DC current unit shown in the
coming future.
Q: Why do some numbers appear on the screen before using this clamp
meter?
A: It is a normal phenomenon that a measured value is displayed on the
