4. Adjustment
4-1 Adjustment Conditions And Precautions
1. Approximately 30 minutes should be allowed for warm up before proceeding.
2. Adjustments should be undertaken only on those necessary elements since most of them have been
carefully preset at the factory.
4-2 OSD Operating
General Instructions
The power switch is located at front panel of the monitor. Press the power switch to turn the monitor on or off. The
other control knobs are located at the base of the monitor (See Figure 3). By changing these settings, the picture
can be adjusted to your personal preferences.
• The power cord should be connected.
• Connect the video cable from the monitor to the video card.
• To turn the monitor on, press the POWER switch to ON position. The power indicator will light up.
• Your monitor features a unique quick switch system which provides a picture within seconds after the monitor is
switched on.

• Save the original shipping carton and packing materials, as they will come in handy if you ever have to ship your
monitor.
• For maximum protection, repackage your monitor as it was originally packed at the factory
Front Panel Control
·Power Switch: Press this key to switch on/off the display.Press this key to switch on/off the display.
·MENU : Press this key to either bring up the OSD setup or select an item on the menu.
·Contrast : During OSD setup, press this key to either select a function or to adjust up the value of a previously
selected function.
During non-OSD setup, press this key to adjust the contrast.
·Brightness: During OSD setup, press this key to either select a function or adjust down the value of a previously
selected function.
During non-OSD setup, press this key to adjust the brightness.
·EXIT : Exit a certain function or exit OSD setup.
• Power Indicator :
Green — Full Power Mode
Blinking Green — Active-off Mode
