the AC of 100-240 is normal
Measure C423 (+) =1.8V
U404 PIN2=3.3V
Reinsert or check the
Adapter/Inverter section
X401 oscillate waveforms are
normal
Check CN404 or replace
Q409, Q410, and U404
Replace U401
Replace X401
