1 YEAR LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY

A. O. Smith products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. The Commercial

Rack System is a rack unit designed to hold water heaters. A. O. Smith warrants that the Commercial Rack System (not

the water heaters, which are under separate warranty) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship during

normal use, for one year from date of purchase. The date of purchase shall be determined as shown on your receipt.

A replacement for any defective part will be supplied free of charge for installation by you.

This warranty excludes product damage caused by installation error, failure to follow directions, misuse, abuse, or

alteration whether performed by a contractor or you. A. O. Smith will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or

damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may

not apply to you.

limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other

rights which may vary from state to state and province to province.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, simply call 877-737-2840 or write to A. O. Smith at the address below and explain the defect.

Include proof of purchase and your name, address and telephone number.
