5. INTRODUCION INSTALLATION
Check if usable space in hard disk is enough for recording of more than 1 hour.
anysee stops or blue screen appears occasionally.
Check the Device manager to see if the driver has been properly installed. If “?” symbol appears,
re-install the driver.
Screen intermittently stops while recording.
If recording speed of hard disk is below 4MBps, screen may intermittently stop during viewing..
Recorded screen may also stops likewise.
It may be caused by insufficient system specifications.
Recording more than 100MByte is not possible.
Move to Capture tab in Environment Setting and check if recording size limit has been
selected. If selected, recording can only be possible up to set limit.
PC occasionally turns off itself..
For the convenience of the users, anysee offers the function that allow the PC to turn off when
the reserved program is finished.. Move to Option tab in Environment Setting and check if
Turn off the computer upon termination of reserved program has been selected. If selected,
cancel the selection. Then automatic turn-off will not occur.
anysee program terminates itself occasionally.
anysse offers sleep reservation setting function to allow the user to reserve the time for the
termination of the program. Check if this sleep reservation has been set.
DxVA does not function.
Move to Option tab in Environment Setting and check if Use hardware acceleration function
(DxVA) has been selected.
Check if the graphic in use supports DxVA. If not, screen or audio may intermittently stop when
DxVA option was selected.
Check if Direct X 9.0 was installed. Windows XP SP1 contains Direct X 9.0b and Windows XP
SP2 contains Direct X 9.0c. Screen quality can be improved by Windows update.
File can not be replayed.
Only the files that were saved by anysee application can be replayed. Other general moving
pictures (AVI, MPEG, WMV, RM, etc) can not be replayed.
Check if the selected file route is correct and if the file size is more than 0.
File replay is OK but broadcasting can not be viewed.
Check the connection state of USB able and antenna.
Check if anysee driver has been properly loaded.
Check if Windows XP was updated with SP2. SP1 user must install Hotfix KB822603 and patch
USB 2.0 bugs
Select Edit Channel tab from Environment Setting window and check if channel list exists. If
