5. INTRODUCION INSTALLATION
Main Board or PC does not support USB 2.0
Desktop Computer
Use other card that supports USB 2.0.
Notebook Computer
Use PCMCIA USB 2.0 card
No sound generation.
Check if the driver of the sound card was properly installed
Test Mute at anysee environment setting
No screen output
Update the driver with the manufacturer’s latest driver.
Click Stop button in anysee control panel and click Replay button
Re-install anysee program.
When a connection to USB port of PC is made, a message, A HI-SPEED USB device is connected
to Non-HI-SPEED USB hub, appears.
This message appears in one of the following occasions.
* If the USB port of PC is of USB 1.1 type.
* If a USB 1.1 type USB has been connected to the USB 2.0 port.
* If the cable in use is not compatible with USB 2.0.
* If the driver of the host controller of USB 2.0 has not been installed in the PC.
Recording can not proceed more than 1 hour.
Move to Capture tab in Environment Setting and check if recording size limit has been
selected. If selected, recording can only be possible up to set limit.
