Checking the USB 2.0 Driver Installation
Right-click the My Computer icon and select Properties. When System Registration Information
Window
appears, select Device Manager in Hardware tab.
* Check : [System Registration Information] → [hardware] → [Device Manager] → USB Controller.
If the driver has not been installed, please check if the main board used supports USB 2.0.
