md [directory]

Creates a directory. If no path is given, the directory is created in the current directory.
mkfile

mkfile [filename]
•Description
Creates an empty file.
move

move [source] [destination]
•Description
This command moves a file or directory from the source location to a specified destination.
rd
•Syntax
rd [directory]
•Description
Removes a directory. The directory can only be removed if it is empty.
ren

ren [old name] [new name]]
•Description
Renames a file or directory.
type
•Syntax
type [filename]
•Description
Types the contents of a file.
