8.5 Cleaning of Data Recorder and Locator
The Data Recorder and Locator should be regularly and manually cleaned by wiping
the equipment surface gently with a cotton ball lightly dipped in 70% isopropyl
alcohol and let it dry for 15 minutes.
8.6 Treatment method after package damage of Capsule
The capsule endoscope is provided in a clean package and should not be used if its
package is open, torn or damaged.
Disposal of the capsule endoscopes should be done in accordance with local
regulations regarding the disposal of electronic products.
