aggressive environment - oxidation. The guarantee does not relate to
failure caused due to:
• natural disasters.
6. A defect of the purchased item shall be any imperfections of its
properties or demonstration which especially regarding the contents of
the contract on purchase in the store or the seller’s statement on
guaranteed properties, or regarding the provisions of legal regulations
or technical standards the purchased item should have. A defect of
the item is also imperfection of its property or demonstration which are
generally expected with items of this kind which are sold in the store. The
guarantee does not relate to common wear and tear of the product due
to using it.
7. If it is a defect which can be removed, the purchaser has the right to
have it removed for free. The purchaser may instead of removing the
defect require changing the item or, if the defect relates only to a part of
the item, changing the part only when no unreasonable costs regarding
the price of the goods or error severity accrue to the seller.
8. The period from claiming the right in relation to responsibility for
defects up to the time when the purchaser was obliged to take over the
item after repair completion is not included in the period of guarantee.
