If your subwoofer requires repair:
1. In the United States, contact us at 1-800-459-4183 or e-mail techsupport@roundsound.com. If you
purchased your Classico subwoofer from an Authorized Gallo Acoustics dealer outside the United
States, please contact the dealer. It is necessary to have the original sales receipt available to confirm
warranty eligibility. Outside the United States, most AGA dealers should be able to help you with
problems and repairs of Classico products. If this is not the case, please contact us directly.
2. Outside the United States, if it is impractical or impossible to contact your original dealer, refer to the
Dealer Locator section found on www.roundsound.com. Locate your nearest authorized dealer and
contact the dealer to arrange for service.
3. If you purchased your AGA Classico product in the United States, you can send it to Anthony Gallo
Acoustics Factory Service. Carefully pack the product in its original carton, obtain a Return
Authorization as detailed below, and ship it to our service center. A copy of your receipt is necessary to
confirm ownership and warranty status. Please call the number listed above for an RA number. Have
available a description of the problem you are experiencing, your return address, and daytime phone
number. We suggest that you choose a carrier that provides shipment tracking and that you be sure to
insure the shipment for replacement value.
