Can't see your device?
If a device is missing from the list, the most common reason is driver conflict. The
Antelope Launcher makes it easy to re-install drivers and troubleshoot. First, the
Antelope Launcher will automatically restart the server. If the device is still not see, it
will allow you to reinstall the drivers.
Click "Can't see your device?" to launch the 'Add Drivers' wizard.
Choose your device and connection type from the drop-down menus, disconnect the
device from your computer, and click ‘Next’ to perform a driver re-install.
