GENERAL INFORMATION
General safety information: due to the design of this equipment bicycles without road safety
equipment, with or without suspension, are made for hobby use and are also meant to be used
off-road. They are not made for fast, downhill racing, jumping stairs, curbs, and obstacles or
for acrobatic exercise.
According to the Road traffic licensing regulation (StVZO) a bicycle that does not have two
breaks independent from each other, lights, reflectors and a bell is not permitted for use on the
road. Due to their design, bicycles with road safety equipment, with or without suspension, are
made for use on public roads. The required safety equipment delivered with the bicycle has to
be checked regularly and if necessary repaired by the user.
The manufacturer does not take liability for any further action, use or non-compliance of these
assembly and operating instructions, including any damage that may be a result of misuse. This
includes if on-road bicycles are used off-road, overloaded (see technical data) or for damage to
bicycle which is not repaired correctly.
