SERVICE BOOKLET
Congratulations on your new heat pump! You have selected a product that will provide you with wonderful
warmth at a low cost over the coming years. Your dealer or installer must carry out an installation
inspection and sign the inspection report when the unit is installed. Inspections, maintenance and service
must be carried out regularly to ensure the long life and full benefits of the heat pump. Your local dealer
can perform or provide this service.
The first service must be performed within a year of installation. Thereafter, service must be carried out
when necessary, but at least every two years. Service work may only be performed by authorised
personnel. The following must be checked:
 Function.
 Measuring over and under-pressure.
 Measuring outdoor temperature and water temperature.
 Cleaning the filter.
 Cleaning the evaporator.
