NEVER allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the appliance
especially the control buttons, power cord / plug or the counter-rotating heads.
Never use abrasive cleaners, solvents, steel wool, scouring pads, brushes, or
strong chemicals that might or might not be flammable and/or damaging to the
product to clean.
8 Troubleshooting

Power Not Switched On.
Plug in at the power point and
switch on.
If still no power, check the
power point has power
supplied by checking with
another appliance such as a
table lamp.
If no power to the power point,
call an electrician.
On / Off Switch under the lip
of the massager not switch on
to the “I” position
Switch the On / Off Switch
(which is located under the lip
of the massager) to the “I
position.
No Massage
Massage Function not
switched on
Press the button

Slow or to Fast
Speed Setting not selected
as required.
Continuously press the
button until the desired speed
setting is selected.
Heat Function
will not operate

Appliance turns
off during use.
The appliance has an auto off
function which activates after
approximately 20 minutes of
use.
Allow the product to cool for at
least 30 minutes and then turn
on again.
