Cooling
It is advisable to run a cooling cycle prior to selecting any slaughter cycle.
1–Select the chosen functionby rotating the knob .

Note: the cycle starts automatically.
During the cycle it is possible:
- to view and modify the default parameters (see
page 18).
Note: the modified parameters will be saved
only for the cycle in progress.
