During conservation it is possible:
- o view and modify the default parameters (see
page 18).
Note: the modified parameters will be saved
only for the cycle in progress.
- to activate a manual defrost.
If not required, manual defrosting is not per-
formed.
- select the oven function
.
- to stop the cycle.
Proceed as follows.
1–From the main functions screen (blast chiller
home page), press the button to access the “user
