Q : When I’m using my Galaxy S4 , I often feel my device is hot to the touch. Is my device faulty?

3) Keeping Tethering or Portable Wi-Fi hotspot on is often a main cause of battery drain and can lead to an increase in the

temperature of your device . Turn off Tethering and portable hotspot function when not in use.

This will also help reduce the battery consumption and decrease the device temperature.

consumption and decrease the device temperature.

party applications which downloaded from Play Store may cause unwanted battery consumption and

increase of device temperature.

After you download and install a 3

party app, if you feel the device gets hotter and battery life is poor than

before, we suggest to remove the application for your device.
