• Access to ATC200-1000 and ATC300-1000 requires an IP address. If the address is unknown, it
can be found by using a serial cable.
• Finding the address on XP is documented in the user guides for ATC200-1000 (Bulletin # 639514)
and for ATC300-1000 (Bulletin #639544). These documents are available from the Andrew Products
tab on www.commscope.com. Click on Antennas→Teletilt RET System→Downloads→Teletilt
RET Products Software, Firmware, Tools, and Manuals.
• ATC300-1000 needs terminal emulators such as “Hyper Terminal” to fi nd the IP address over a
serial cable. This is no longer available with Vista. Versions of “Hyper Terminal” for Vista can be
found by searching the Internet.
