8.4 AISG Status LED Colors – See Table 8-1, below.
Left LED Right LED Condition
Blinking green Blinking red Insuf cient voltage on AISG line.
Check input voltage.
Green Following sequence is repeated
every 2 seconds:
Green: short red: solid red.
Short in line or line device.
Isolate faulty device (Section 5).
Green Blinking red High current draw (2.5 to 5 Amps)
from some device. Isolate and
replace device (Section 5).
Off Off No voltage on AISG line. Controller
is in suspend mode or there is no
input voltage.
8.5 Power and Alarm Status LED Colors
When the top LED is green, the controller is powered up. See Figure 8-2 on the previous page.
When the top LED is out, there is no input voltage to controller.
If the bottom LED is red:
There are devices still in the controller database but no longer at the site.
Manually remove devices.
Devices are not being accessed. See Sections 6.1 and 6.2.
There is a major alarm. Check alarms and refer to Sections 5 and 6.
8.6 During scan, the “Device Search Progress” information box
reports finding devices, but scan results report no devices found.
Turn off pop-up blocker (Section 8.2).
8.7 Antenna Movement Failed
• Verify suf cient voltage level. On the controller menu bar, go to HelpAbout. Voltage level should
be close to 24 Vdc.
Test the actuator in isolation. See Section 5.
