TheManufacturer'sratedoutputpowerforthisequipmentisthecompositepowerinaband.Forsituations
whenmultiplecarriersignalsarepresent,thepowerpercarrierisreduced.Forexample,twocarriersina
bandwilleachhave3dBlesspowerthanasinglecarrierinaband.Thisisimportantwheretheoutputsignal
isradiatedandcancauseinterferencetoadjacentbandusers.Thispowerreductionistobebymeansofgain
reductionandnotbyanattenuatorattheoutputofthedevice.
Lapuissancedesortienominaledufabricantpourcetequipementestlapuissancecompositedansune
