¨ a. Terminal powered up and set to 9600 baud, even parity, 7 data bits,
1 stop bit, full duplex, all capitals, send carriage return only, auto
XON/XOFF and soft scroll disabled.
¨ b. EAC-2100 powered up and password entered.
¨ 2. System status (SSS) and alarm (ALA) report checked; no disabled and no
alarms shown. (Sec. 4.6.1)
¨ 3. Site ID entered. (Sec. 4.6.2)
