Safety Instrucons
When using the Sous vide & slow cooker, always follow the basic safety precauons,
including the following:
Please read all the instrucons carefully:
To protect against the risk of an electrical shock. Do not put the base in
water or any other liquid.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when used near children.
Always unplug the appliance when it is not in use, before pung on or taking
o aachments and before cleaning the appliance.
The use of aachments or tools not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause re, electric shock or injury.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or kitchen counter
top.
Keep the power cord away from any hot surfaces.
Keep your appliance away from any hot plates, burners and heated ovens.
Cauon must always be used when moving the appliance at all mes as It
will contain hot food, water or other hot liquids.
Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
Do not switch on the appliance when it is empty.
Never touch the surface of the appliance during operaon as it can get very
hot. Always use the handles or knobs provided.
Do not touch any hot surfaces of the appliance.
Always use oven gloves or a cloth when removing the lid or handling
contents.
Never cook food directly in the base unit, always use the ceramic pot.
