Starng and stopping the shredder

 Press the switch marked “1” to start the appliance.

 Press the switch marked “0” to stop the appliance.

 Press the “circuit breaker” buon if the machine does not switch on, this will

ensure that you have the correctly connected the power supply.

The circuit breaker will become acvated when one of the following has occurred:

 There is a build up of material around the cung disc.

 If the material being shredded exceeds the size of the motor capacity.

 When there is too much resistance against the cung blade.

Once the circuit breaker becomes acvated switch-o the shredder and disconnect the

electrical supply, then proceed as follows before restarng the machine:

1. Unscrew the securing knob (located next to the switch) and open the top secon

of the appliance.

2. Remove any debris or material clogging the cung area.

3. Return the top secon of the appliance back to its original place and ghten the

“securing knob”.

4. Allow the motor to cool for a short period of me.

5. Re-connect the power cord to the mains supply.

6. Press the start buon and begin shredding again.
