3. Place kibbe aachments (16) onto the feed screw sha, ng protrusions in
the slots (Fig.8).
4. Screw the xing ring (13) into place unl ght. Do not over ghten (Fig.9).
5. Form a cylindrical shell
using the mixture and stu
with mince meat. (Fig.10).
6. Form kibbe as illustrated
above and deep fry.
Making Sausages
Before starng please assemble sausage aachment by following (Fig.11)
Making sausages:
1. Wash parts illustrated in Fig 11,
ensuring they are dried fully
before use.
2. Hold the head (8) and insert it into the inlet, turn the fasten buon
clockwise so that the head is secured ghtly.
3. Place the snake (9), the cung blade (14) and the desired cung plate (10-
12) into the head (8) as shown in the sequence.
4. Place the desired sausage aachment (15) into the sausage block.
5. Place the assembled sausage aachment (15) next to the cung blade (14),
ng the protrusions in the slot. Then screw the xing ring (13) ght and
place the hopper plate (1) on the head and x it into posion.
6. Put the sausage skin over the sausage skin aachment.
7. Press the “ON” buon.
8. Feed foods into the hopper plate (1) by using the food pusher only.
9. You should stop the machine when the sausage skin is lled with meat, and
